Schedule:Health Living Curriculum

  • 6:30 a.m. Good Morning Meditation
  • 7:00 a.m. Yoga/Beach Walk/Tai Chi
  • 8:00 a.m. Organic breakfast served
  • 10:00 a.m. Two hour “house” kitchen class for lunch selection and preparation techniques. Students move to their own kitchen to prepare lunch with chef supervision
  • 12:00 p.m. Lunch
  • 1:00 p.m. Three hour personal time. (Optional field trips may be scheduled)
  • 3:50 p.m. Organic green juices and wheatgrass juice served
  • 4:00 p.m. Two hour “house” kitchen class for dinner selection and preparation techniques. Students move to their own kitchen to prepare dinner with chef supervision
  • 6:00 p.m. Dinner
  • 7:30 p.m. Last class of day on subjects such as:
    • Recycling, Green Household Products, Compost,
    • Organic Body Care, Kitchen and Dining Feng Shui

Daily Class Subjects Include:

  • Soups & Salads
  • Snacks & Desserts
  • Quick Meals
  • Cooking for several days to save time
  • Raw/Living Vegan Foods
  • Juicing
  • Breakfasts
