Reservations/Payment Information

The Desoto accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express to confirm reservations. A valid credit card is required when making a reservation. Deposit is 50% of total stay for reservations of 2 or more days. Deposit of 100% of total is taken for one night stays, or for reservations made within 14 days of your arrival date. There may be minimum night stay requirements for all holidays, peak season weekends and during certain peak periods of the year. Call for information on those special rate periods. A maximum of two (2) guests may occupy an efficiency. A maximum of four (4) guests may occupy a studio and a one bedroom apartment. All rates are based upon one (1) or two (2) adults. Children 13 and under are free. Additional adult (14 years and older) is $50.00 per night plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, shortened stays or change in dates require 14+ day advance notice prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty or forfeiture of your deposit. Your entire reservation, if booked less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable. There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures once registered. All cancellation charges are subject to tax in the state of Florida. We always suggest you consider trip insurance.
